Cheers

Do you think 1 Millinon is enough. You only have to get a kid with a severe brain injury and £2 million is peanuts.
Thanks,

Its when they climb on them it becomes a problem or get pushed out (becomes fell out :thumbdown:on a claim ) with snack & drinks vending the liability arises when they pull the machine onto themselves trying to get free drinks.

got a confession to make...was at the gym last night and the vending machine misvended, the bar didn't fall down and then it said "out of order"...so I gave it a little shake (nearly pulled it onto myself) and got the bar!

Re: Beware- Your Simply Business PLI may not cover you.
Just got off the phone to Simply and they have had to refund my policy. They have just been told by the underwriters that the company which provides the cover for them are unwilling to cover vending machine operators if someone knocks the machine over and either hurts themself or someone else. So basically if a kid runs into the machine and knocks the machine onto themselves YOU ARE NOT COVERED! The only time where you are covered is if you had installed the machine incorrectly and as a result it caused damage to someone else.
Time to phone the other company someone mentioned in a thread and see what the deal is there
