******* fan belt went on Good F $$$ ing Friday....got caught up in cam belt and think second hand engine is needed. Broke down in coldest spot possible right on coast road by sea wind blowing in like a banshee....AA guy said it was coldest he's been in weeks
Any recommendations for decent honest scrapyards out there...had couple quotes of the wonderweb already but interested to hear any good suppliers out there...

2nd hand engines are around £450-600 so maybe not if bent rods....AA guy said be over grand for repair...

Same here mate! my Van vrokedown on Friday also, to top it off I was in a **** hole (Hounslow) and my AA membership didn't have home recovery so they wanted £200 to get me home
