Tend to agree with Barbara!

I published a good account for newbies on what returns to expect - will be updating that soon, my average is based on whole year and not a good couple of summer months and, includes all sites that is "The Good, Bad and Ugly" therefore, my original 25 average is pretty good and could even be lower!

Will have a better understanding when I do the figures.

Cheers,

Pablo

I put it at 2k but still wouldn't want it for that. No use having a round averaging 15 sales a month, most machines would need re siting. This round is pretty close to me but wouldn't even consider it as the seller is obviously diluted.

Central if its in your patch and you want to expand make him an offer.

Heres why its worth 3k.

At 3k you would get your money back in about 12 months. (if you are buying right). At £4/500 pm and 2 days a month hes going to often, if it fits in with your existing round then its 1 day extra a month. Meaning you are earning about £250 a day.

If you have the towers already at home you could site them yourself but if you had to buy the towers seperately they would cost you about 2k, siting them would cost you another £5/600 and then resiting the terrible ones would cost you another £1/£200, finally the stock in the machines plus the stock he is going to give you with them would probably cost you another £7/800. So doing it yourself would cost you around £3,500 and take you al lot longer!

There will be some decent sites in the round that hopefully you could develop.

I know what you're saying Andy but I've just finalised the deal on a larger round so the timing is wrong. Also I am a tight b------d and like to get rounds cheap. Also this round is within a couple of miles of tubz vending so don't think chances of expansion are there.

I didn't read the add properly, stock is included so my 2k was a bit mean.

Just paid £1250 for 10 towers the other week. E-bay ad said 10 sited but when I got them 8 were sited. 1 broke (got knocked over in a bar but I can probably put it back in) and 1 not sited.

With the towers come stock (in the towers themselves) about 9-10 boxes full (1 box is out of date at the end of this month) and the stock/cash in the machines. in the ad it said 1k worth of stock but this may be retail and not buying price.

I was unsure where the machines were sited when I bought but most are in pubs and social clubs except for 1 which is in a call center meaning I may be able to get other machines sited in at least 1-2 of the places.

They are close to where I work so I can drive around after work saving me petrol costs and time.

I think when buying you have got to look at the bigger picture and what else you are getting thrown into the deal and if it suits you.

Canny vending, it sounds like you bought this round blind. I've only bought rounds where I've visited all the sites.mind you sounds like it worked out ok and looks like you got a good deal. Was this a tubz vending franchisee.
