I have about 290 sites, I get 50% of my income form 7% (20 sites). My top 3 are generating 20% of my income. If I just had sites like that I would only need 15. Just wonder how this compares to others.

Hi Andy,
I apply the 80/20 rule, 80% income from 20% customers. Which is quite standard in business. You could shed a few without much loss! Don't know any more than that as I record my sales by my weekly banking.
