Locks

Post by Ricky NI »

Hi everyone, here goes the ‘Newbe’ questions again.
Am seriously considering buying into the tower vending world and live in Northern Ireland. Am getting ready to ‘go it alone’ by getting 20 new towers and getting stock from the big two companies plus I have looked at and bought some from Sweetlove.
My biggest question however is the locks!
What stops anyone with a key opening my machines and taking the money? I have bought a second hand machine of eBay, a second hand one of Rockvend and one brand new machine and all keys fit all machines. (M81 towers)
If I site a machine in say a shopping centre, what’s to stop anyone with a key taking what ‘cash’ is in the Tower cash try?
Is there an extra lock or maybe some device that can lock over the existing lock that can prevent another person opening your machine?
Thanks in advance
Ricky

Also most if not all sites know the tower owners and so if some random came out they would be noticed straight away .

make sure you tell them u need a unique number , they will do if you have a decent run of locks. Were very cheap when I used them last.
