I take my hat off to you if youve sited 58 machines in 10 weeks. That is quite an achievement.
Your business plan of £5 per week per machine is on the high side, so please be cautious.
You are still in the honeymoon period so a lot can change.
Also be cautious how quick you expand.
I would suggest you slow things slightly and catch your breath.

You hit the nail on the head there mate, in business 'keep your options open and free to trade with anyone'. I could'nt agree more 40 years in business tells me so. I don't believe in smothering suppliers with praise (unless paid to do so) or slagging them off or even complains about performace levels (in public). But on this occasion I'll make an execption, well done Pablo!

Hi Brian,

Franchise/independant: Go for both, start franchise grow independant.
Machines: Again go for both, put new machines in your better sites.
Biggest challenge: It's all about numbers of quality site.
Start with 10, build upto 25 and to 50. Thats your trial. GET YOUR OWN ACTUAL SALES FIGURES FROM THESE MACHINES. Use your own figures to replace my estimates below.
£30k GP: To achieve 30K GP you would need sell 42857 tubs giving £42,857.00 Less (42857 x 30p) £12857 = £30,000.00. To achieve this you would need about 90 machines doing 40 sales per month. Make your own adjustments depending on your actual sales above.

£30,000 GP less overheads of £8,600 commission, £2,200 (van, maintenance,telephone, accountant etc) will give a net profit £19,200.
