Re: The 9 best-selling products
i have two machines which have 2 lines jelly mix, 2 lines mini eggs, 2 lines strawpencils, 2 lines mini pencil and a jelly bean and they do fanatstically well. I wish I had the balls to do all my machines like that.

Glenn, Your probably right we offer too much choice and then if like me have to go back when the machine still has 50 pots in it cause I am worried that I have empty lines which is a false economy really

Re: The 9 best-selling products
I dont agree with most people on this subject.
I stock over 30 products for my towers.
I try to maximise sales in every site which means stocking different products.
I would rather sell more high priced products than a lot less cheaper jelly products.
For example I bought 10 sited machines a few months ago very cheap that were averaging less than 5 a week.
They are now all averaging between 12-15 a week becuase I got rid of all cheap jelly mix and replaced with what site wanted I.E. branded chocolate products.
I give all sites a sheet with products/machines I have and let them pick what products they want.
If its all chocolate then so be it.
I have a number of machines which just sell minstrels/skittles/rolo/toblerone/tasters/nibbles(no eggs as women moan its cheap chocolate).

Hi there,
i think the main thing her to to make sure you have what sells best, but also trying to keep the cost to you as vendors around the 33p - 35p bracket.

Just go back once a fortnight and if one product line is empty, double up. If it changes later, do the same with the new popular product. I have little marks that i use on the product stickers to tell me if a product is good, or bad and this helps me remember and act when the time is right.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: The 9 best-selling products
i monitor my sites and eventually find out what sells and get it so that i know on my monthly visit it will be near empty. i also know what sites i can miss each month if i`m pushed for time, i have round round 12 pre packed lines and 4 or 5 i do myself. ones i do myself are my best sellers and one of them outsellls anything the suppliers have ever come up with and its the cheapest to pack to.
