Can anyone tell me if a tubz vending site contract is binding

Binding in what way, and for who? could do with a little more info.

Any written contract is technically binding.

Whether there are loopholes within the contract or whether the terms of the contract will actually be enforced or not is another matter.

So as above really, it would depend on what part of the contract you are referring to and how it is worded.
