On test vending a motor I get the failure signal of 3 beeps. I've swapped the motor and still it wont work. How can I tell the machine the fault is cleared....Anyone got a manual for one of these?

Just asked the wife who used to maintain these , you press mode , type a number In and it clears faults. Bloody annoying machines to work on as their technical support is terrible unless you buy new machines .40 comes to mind but don't hold me to it , sorry. Is there letters on the keypad?

Yes Matt, your right, westomatic are awful giving support. I know on some of their machines the error spiral number flashes then you just have to type it. (D4 ex) in but on this machine on pressing mode it just comes up diagnose, then I cam scroll to test, test motor. I know the motor is working.
To be honest I haven't tried just typing in a number without the letter but I will give it a bash on Mon.
The letters are ABCDE on machine.
Thanks Matt
