Anyone having this Problem?
I told Simon about it and ,to be fair, he was good and allowed me a small discount. Does anybody know if this problem has been addressed yet??

since their new pot came in the only time I do get pot jams is via the lid caving in. A lot of these tend to be at the bottom of the pallet when delivered as well. Find them more difficult and time consuming to self pack as well.

I have also noticed that the stickers don't lay down the way they used to,it just seems they are now using a cheaper packing machine?

I was there recently, from memory I think they've bought a second packing machine which I saw. Also seen their new pot making machine, very nice bit of kit. best is to tell them if you get any issues so they can keep an eye out for them.
