Do customers generally know how to use a Tower?

Post by newmark »

Hi all,

This might be a stupid question, but............

Do customers typically know how to use a tower - ie; do they realise that they need to line up their selction so it is facing the front before they insert their coin and turn the handle?

I might be over-thinking this, but I'm wondering if the "twist to select" on the product labels is sufficient, and whether I should also put "line up selection here" on a sticker above the handle?

What do you all do - do customers ever complain that they didnt get the selection they wanted, as it was not lined up? Or am I just worrying about something that doesnt need worrying about?

Thanks again,

Markl

we've never had a customer forget to line the correct column up first.

Many thanks Lynda, it must be me over thinking things, as usual :)

All the best, Mark.

Hi Mark

Customers generally know how to select and the fact that the tower has indexing means that the tower will index in the correct position.

We have never used any form of twist and turn on any of our towers and we have never had issues in the past.

Hope this helps.
