Snakky necta machine nayax

Hello,

My snakky necta vending machine has error that says photocells error before display. When I connect my nayax terminal the nayax says out of order. Anyone know what it might be? The machine works fine also the nayax terminal was working but it was not responding to the products in the machine if we made a Purchase. You would get charged but no product came out. After I called nayax and they run a update now the terminal says out of order. The machine works fine except one error message that says photocells error before display. Anyone know how to fix this?

is the coin mech working, is it set to mdb should work without photocells

did the spirals turn before or did it just charge you and not turn spiral?

The spirals on the machine is ok I ran all the tests on the machine. Only error I have is photocells error before display when I turn the machine on after a few seconds no error and it says select product. My nayax terminal was only accepting payment but would not vend the product. So I called nayax and they updated the terminal and now it says out of order but the machine it says select product. I'm confused is it because of the photocells error it would communicate with the nayax terminal?

Coin mech is also ok no errors showing up when I run a test.

You said it was vending before and then charging without taking dispensing goods. Did it turn the spiral or just charge without attempting to turn spiral.

turn off photocells then try again if it still doesnt turn its a nayax problem but your cells need changing anyway
