Does anyone have any sigma touch coffee machines or have any technical experience with them and could possibly lend a hand please?

They have done a massive U turn and are surprisingly really helpful (well for me anyway)

The guy that was dealing whth me stayed on with me until everything was sorted and its good as anything now and I didnt even buy the machine from them so im more prone to have their machines now and I now have direct contact with technical support too which is always good.
I see rhe regulars are Vendex everytime so we always have a nice hxat and allr hat gubbins but I have completely fallen out with crane as they have turned like westo in their old days

Yeah but no because it was a weekend and wanted it done with me being my inpatient self as usua haha

Yeah its all good and sorted now, and even rang the next day to ask how I got on and if I need any further help whixh I thought was very good of them!
