Vending Tower Lid Problems

Hi i have a small round in Coventry and a few machines within a shopping centre. I have a little problem of the nuts under the lid unscrewing on there when customers use them? Is this a common problem or am i doing something wrong?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Do you mean the top lock? if so put two on it will act as a locking nut.

They should have a locking washer on them- which has serations around the edges. Cheap enought to buy.
