Help??!??
I have a tower where the rings do not line up correctly? Its out by a couple of centimetres meaning that sometimes the pots do not drop into the barrel.
I have swapped the black dimple ring thing and tried it in all postions but it makes no difference?
Any ideas?

Re: Help??!??
Yes will have a go in the morning. Normally the plastic rings line up so that the Middle of each segment lines up with the little arrow on the base. On this one the middle of the segment is too far over so out of line

Re: Help??!??
Hi Steve
From what you describe I assume by "rings" you mean transparent trays and by "dimple ring thing" I think you mean indexing ring? Assuming this is the case, it sounds most likely that you have not got the indexing ring correctly positioned into the underside of the transparent tray. It is possible to locate the indexing ring into one of three positions - central, left or right. The correct position is central, that is to say where the three locating lugs are the indexing ring should fit the central position. Due to the diameter of the tray being out by one lug left or right, will translate to around 1cm misalignment with the arrow on the body - simples! . Another solution from Meerkat Tech

Re: Help??!??
I will be amazed if thats all it is Barbara. I thought Steve had passed the basic tower maintenance exam years ago. Sounds a bit more technical to me.

I can't think of anything else that it could be without maybe looking a picture and it's an easy thing to get wrong. Whatever it is, Meerkat Tech is here to solve it.

Hi Steve
Looks like Meerkat Tech did not have the solution then. OK, let's wait and see your photo and we can all give our recommendations.

Are they the jelly ones or the toys? If jelly ones I have never had any. If toys, I have never had any of those either. I am without!Style wrote:You should phone Hurleys. I think they have too many Meerkats, seem to be pushing them! Lol
