A site need a coffee vending machine, must be able to provide quality drinks (not in cup) and not huge in size.
Also what spec pipe do I need them to get fitted and what does it need on the end to connect to the machine?
It also needs to take tokens as well as coins. Oh and what is the going rate per cup price
Thanks

Re: Coffee Machine
What do you mean not in cup? do you mean in-cup.
You need food grade water pipe (white) normal washing machine outlets are fine for connecting as you can use a self cutting one or you can use microbore plastic same as they use for drinking fountains, coffee machines normally need about 1 bar water pressure
Price is depoendant on quantity sold and who is paying for machine. If its only selling a few drinks then the company has to pay for machine as there just isnt the profit.
How many users? DO they want brand new & how much room do you have?

Re: Coffee Machine
Its a call centre for approx 70 staff reducing to 30 on night shift although 7 days a week 24 hrs a day. They all make their own drinks and I suspect a large amount will continue to do so. I have been trying to convince them for a year to have a coffee machine and they are now considering. I have pushed the fact that they have no facilities for visitors and that all call centres have coffee machines. I have a can machine that does about £40 a week although they do have a tuck shop which sells cans at 35p mine are 60p
I have roughly 70cms width to put one in although management suggested a self contained tabletop machine that you top up with a jug. I pushed against this and they will get a quote to have a water pipe fitted. They have asked what spec I need? Is it a 15mm pipe or 22mm or something else? Does it just have a cold stop tap on the end the same as a washing machine. I also pushed quality rather than cheap klix drinks.
They are a big company and Bunzl supply other machines at other sites.
Help!

Re: Coffee Machine
You can connect with either a standard washing machine outlet 15mm pipe is more than adequate and get a food grade pipe which will connect straight onto the machine, or get a water cooler fitting kit and complete with in line filter (do a search online)
Dont bother with a manual tank fill machine as people get fed up filling it.
If they are providing cups then a stentorfield vision do an ok mixed drink they are rare to find with a coin mech, I will ask someone tommorrow if you can send me a text to remind me
