Re: Klix Machine problem
Ive sourced other companies to supply me cups, only problem was that the customer said the quality is not the same compared with Klix.
I have another site lined up, was wanting to put in a 2nd hand Klix machine in and just buy the cheaper cups as they obviously wont know the difference as they havnt had a Klix machine before.
What would you say is the best machine to buy? I can get a used Klix machine for £600, and from what ive heard they are the most reliable machines...
We are a small business and dont have a full time engineer so its too costly to have a machine that is prone to faults.
Basically we are trying to source a machine around the £600 mark or less and is easy to maintain with a return on selling coffee at 25p.

Re: Klix Machine problem
You want better drinks , don't use in cups !!
All incup drinks machines are pretty reliable, as its only a cup drop and a boiler. In fact I would say klix are least reliable machines going!!! Darenth are very good machines in cup wise, but your only ever going to get a drink that has to be mixed with a spoon afterwards.
I do understand why people like incups though as they take half the time to maintain and fill.

Re: Klix Machine problem
Hi,
Tried vend parts. Spoke to them and they say the valve I need us the one that says "do not adjust" on it. They don't stick those valves. Any idea where else to try?

I use advanced vending on ebay. No complaints from my customers and a great service.
