Matt is right, its really difficult with only a couple of machines. Most machines offer 12 choices of bagged/crisps so you need 12 different boxes open, if they don't sell well you end up throwing a lot of out of date stock. Chocolates have a better shelf life but again with maybe 24 selections you have to buy wisely. Im not saying its not possible but you have to be really careful.
Be careful of purchasing 'reconditioned' machines from ebay sellers, most are shisters and will sell any old tat.
