Cannot change temperature on my crane cascade vending machine? HELP!!!

Hi Guys,
I had a call saying my crane cascade multi combo machine is dispensing room temperature cans. I went up today to ty change the temperature and it won't change.
I press "Product Config" then "down" until the temperature is displayed but have no way of changing the actual temperature... Can someone help? Have I missed something obvious?

If it’s a cascade then I’m sure the temperature is fixed. It sounds like you have a failed fridge unit unfortunately
