Yet another Klix Problem!

Post by Nick@VendingGlasgow »

I posted earlier with regards to a problem with a Klix machine I bought..

After eveything that went down I sent the machine back and got another.. Now this other Klix 900 keeps saying "cannot home splitter" There was a jammed cup but after clearing that every 5th vend it keeps jamming!

Is this a simple fix?? The client is going mad and im sending a guy out there 2ce a day just to fix simple problems with the machine.

I dont want to name and shame the company who sold me the machine but I thought id ask for an opinion from the fellow vending operators.

I bought the machine in December with a 3 month part only warrunty. Ive sent several emails to the company and they have sent new parts.. and a different machine which is great but both machines have never fully functioned since day one and the client is going mad!

Can i ask for a refund?? Are all Klix 900's terribly unreliable?

I was going to buy just an instant machine instead but ive spend near enough £400 in stock..

Thanks in advance for your views!

Klix manual if it helps.

If machine is under warranty I would be in the phone to company that sold. Cup jams are not uncommon on all machines, but you may have caused some problems when removing cup. Sorry cant help any more. I only use Darenth for in cups as there tech support is very good and the machines I found are very reliable.
