Dixie Narco 368 problem

Post by Nick@VendingGlasgow »

Hi all,

Has anyone ever came across a problem with a DN 368 machine that says out of service every few days?

For some reason the motors are not doing a full rotation.. It's completely random on different columns each time. (It's not a jam!)

It puts the whole machine out of service, I don't know ifthe not in service is related to the motor not homing as with most machines it just puts that selection out of use.

Opening and closing the door usually resets the out of service message.

Ive been through the errors on the diagnostics and they say JC1,2,3,4 and HS1, HS2, HS3, HD4 and so on.

Ive checked all connections on motors, door and control board and everything is fine.

Thanks in advance!

sometimes 1 dodgy motor can play havoc with machines. But don't think so on the dixies, I would say motherboard knackered.
