Hi there,
I wonder if anyone can help. We have recently had some n&w Astro instant vending machines back at the end of lease agreement. We have resited two machines after a thorough clean including descaling of boilers. A number of our customers have complained that the drinks taste metallic and have some sort of aftertaste. I have tried the drinks and there also seems to be a film on top of the drinks. Has anyone experienced this before??
Thanks jon

Hi Matt when the machines came back to us end of lease they had brita water filters on them we removed them as our water is very good up here. We took boiler out rescaled and rinsed thoroughly with fresh water also flushed about ten times.

What hose are you using to connect the machine to the mains? We had a customer use a dishwasher / washing machine hose which tastes metallic / rubbery. Took us weeks to work out what the issue was. Needs to be a white food safe one.
