I am just wondering what documents I should have for my sites.

Do you give the site a receipt for their commision?
Do I need site agreements?
Any other documents I should have relating to a site?

Any templates for the relevant documents are appreciated!

You can use all of those if you wish, but I don't use any, unless asked then I'll give a receipt.
