Have only just seen this post sorry.
We've only had one complaint about this so thought it was isolated.
As recent as yesterday we put something else in place to prevent this from happening
It is just the sugar falling onto the table from the weighed feeder and sometimes the staff are putting the pot down before it hits the conveyor belt (we do still have some manual labour in the production process). We've added something to eradicate the issue so you see the problem disappear.
Many apologies for the problem.
It's unlike you all (apart from Al) to keep quiet when there's an problem!
Please feel free to bend our ears with any such problems.
