Oh the guy has been told by tubz vending vending that although he has paid for site finding, the machines and stock he does not own the sites tubz vending vending do

Can't agree with you more Steve, I recently contacted one of their franchisee's to make an offer for his round (as most of his sites are s**t but it would be worth taking them on to get rid of tubz vending from my area), I was told I had the wrong number and to not call back!
Presumably the guy has been told that he does not own the right to his sites, and not to speak to other operators?

I'm just so glad I stopped getting stuff from tubz vending after my second machine

Well i'm still happy with them, I own the sites and buy my stock from them and have no problems at all. I am starting to feel in the minority! Maybe I have just been lucky so far!

fair enough that they think that... over 250 franchisees... half of the big independents getting stock off them... possibly the biggest tower round in the uk...arch-rival gone out of business.... isn't it now "their" industry?

Yes but the majority of tubz vending customers including myslef are on 20 % com scheme. Im not opening the charity can of worms again I just dont agree with the ethics I have some sites who take 20 per cent and donnate to there own charity.
