Are you finding this a lot then?? I am worried about losing sites when converting.

Does anyone have any tips/good chat to use when switching over in order to keep the site?

What percent do you think the average of lost sites will be?

I have not started yet, but I anticipate some issues with sites that wish to continue to help heroes, so may not be able to convert all. No idea on per cents, or chat line. Surely, Hurleys will issue a transfer pack or something, as you cant expect to do this all on your own bat. Its in their interest to do something, as they could lose massively, if it does not go to plan.

I was thinking maybe we could as a group approach another war charity and see if they will replace what H4H have pulled out of? Rather than following the suppliers we could do it ourself?

Groups never work on here. Better to go with supplier charity, but if they don't offer support which will inform sites why this is happening, ops will find it hard to convert some sites. That's the problem really, they want the h4h tower vending sales, but have not provided information about the agreements and how the money gets to the charity. This now needs to change, or ppl will start to look at their own charities.

That is fine for the independents out there, if you speak with Ade, he will tell you, he sorted his charity out with no bother and are really grateful.

The problem is those who want site finding doing have to go with what the suppliers want.

The suppliers should in my opinion get some sort of info together for each customer, so that when they go to sites and are changing things over they can show it to the landlords/bosses and the total amount that was raised for H4H, i think Hurleys have something along those lines already in place, unsure on tubz vending.

Get your own charity and ask the suppliers to site find for that one. The suppliers really dont care which charity or venue gets commision they just want to sell you sweets.
We have had a fantastic relationship with a local hospice for 4 years and they really appreciate our donations. Site finding is easy because they are the biggest charity locally.
