how it works in america is on a per machine basis not based on turnover. You pay the chairty direct a dollar a month per machine and it allows you to brand it

The charity angle is generally much better than comission to site because comission to site is generally not massive amounts of money unless mutiple machine corporate sites, but most people like to help charity. the ONE massive point to make though is that sites know its a commercial business and how much goes to charity as otherwise it is just another snack a scam!!

I have found that lately it is much easier here to locate machines on a commission basis. The industry here very quirky. The commission vendors are ones who have generally been in business for quite some time while the charity operators are generally new to the business.Jon123 wrote:The charity angle is generally much better than comission to site because comission to site is generally not massive amounts of money unless mutiple machine corporate sites, but most people like to help charity. the ONE massive point to make though is that sites know its a commercial business and how much goes to charity as otherwise it is just another snack a scam!!

We have a ton of charity scams going on here and it makes location owners very uneasy about allowing a machine in their place that supports a charity. Even though the vending operator may be doing everything right, they can still be perceived as a scam artist.
Commission spots are usually easier for us to find because even if the location owner wants to support a charity, they can do so on their own using the commission payout.

Paul, FYI
Tower vending in the UK predates both Rob & Guy. Jamie Wallace started it all off in the HK, he met with Salysol at a trade show in London in around 1999. Shortly afterwards he began importing Clenports & Salysol into the UK and set up his own round in London. He later began to distributed the product to us all untill 2007.

I am aware of that.
I was merely commenting on the fact that H4H was brought about because of an idea by Rob and Guy taking it forward. The main important thing for me, is that the charity should benefit from everyones involvement, as the numbers should be very high.
Thanks,
Paul
