Hi All
Some advice please, I had a mech jam (the pot was also jammed half way round) I have taken the machine to bits and got the can and coin out however it appears to be the drum that is catching rather than the coin mech. I have stripped it all done but none the wiser? Can anyone help?
I am also confused as to what purpose the brass coloured rod does as it appears to go around the cast aluminium thing then drop out?
Its a Clenport by the way and now in lots of bits in my garage
Cheers
Steve

What is the drum cathing on.
Is it just stiff to turn, or has part of the rear of the drum broken off.
Thanks,
Paul

Hi both
No idea how old bought second hand hrough a private add. Its as if the drum is catching on the bit of plastic it sits on? Prior to the coin mech. It may be the tension between the alloy bit and the plastic bit? As you can see I really know my stuff !!!

Re: Bloody Machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you testing this by turning the drum with the mech off?
As the coin mech lifts the drum slightly, so try with the mech on and maybe try raising the mech slightly.
