Hi Kris, no offence taken. It was the response I was expecting although I was hoping to receive a more personal response rather than you quoting your company's policies. As for your point regarding private messages, I feel that it is only right that the people on this forum should be aware that some of your operators are prepared to work in this totally unprofessional manner. I have met quite a few of your operators over the years and have found them all to be very professional. I actually find it quite sad when you are training up new franchisees that you do not instill some professional standards i.e. we do not site machines next to already sited machines whatever company's product they choose to use
Regards, Alan.

Chris
This happens to me occasionally too and I do tolerate it, you have to respect the sites decision some times!
Just talk to the site and asked why they have allowed a second machine from another company?
More often than not the Snack A Can tower was authourised by someone who didnt have authority to agree it over the phone, sometimes they agree just to get them off the phone.
I had one site who had a Snack A Can machine plonked in there lobby and no one on site knew anything about it.
Snack A Can do not care where they put machines and who is already operating there cos what counts with them is getting the machines on site before some prospective customer changes there mind about the franchise!
