Paper wrapped 20p's

Guys can anyone help me. I have a site that persistently wraps a 20p coin with the foil from a fag box which then vends through a pringles machine, I have swapped the machine but they still do it. Cost me £48 in sales month, I have removed the machine for now until I can fix the coin mech.

Not sure what make the pringles machine is but know it's not clenport. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe you sharpen the tip on the point that sticks in the side of the coin on the mech, it then pulls off the paper.

Inside the mech there are two fingers that are spring loaded and stop the mech when a small coin, or no coin is in the slot. Take these out and sharpen the tips. There is a downside as this paper and coin will clog up the mech and result in you having to go out more times to free it off. Personally and from experience, I would find another site for it.

Once you fix the machine they will only try it a couple more times before they realise it's not going to work any more.
