What is the law on self packing? As i am thinking of getting some maxi tubz vending ect for some new machines?
Could anyone point me in the right direction.

if your doing maxi tubs and the items your putting in there are pre packed with dates etc then your fine you dont need to do anything, if its loose confectionary then you need to contact your local council office enviromental dept and register as a food buisness, as snackmore says go through the `pureley coincidental thread` its all there

I had a read through the other post was a big help cheers.
Am i right in thinking if it has been pre packed, but has no date on the packet then all i would need to do is put the date on the pot??

yes thats fine, i also put the ingredients on a label which goes onto the tower, this isnt law but looks good and proffesional
