Broken bloody machine

Post by Snackmore »

Been to a site tonight to be told the sweet tower was eating pounds but no sweets...........yeah thanks for the call

So anyway took it to bits, its a silver tower with a metal drum, the type where you have to undo the three slotted bolts to get to the coin mech which is in the top half of the base??

Anyway there was a pot stuck and 2 broken bits of metal from the outside of the drum, I cleared that but the drum was stuck so I guess its knackered? Can you buy and fit replacement drums? If so where from.

Cheers

Steve

I think its a vending tower machine, it would appear that the only way to get to the mech is to strip it down and the three slotted nuts hold the top and bottom section of the base together.

I think like you say Ade it will end up as spares

That is a tower , as yes it has 3 slotted bolts to seperate the two halves of the base. You don't need to seperate it to take the coin mech off. Ring me on 07955252529 and I'll talk you how to remove the coin mech in 2 seconds just by opening the cash box door. Save you loads of time.

I think we should be watching the words we use, above.

Can be fairly offensive for some people.
