Chris I certainly have not meant to cause anyone offence, I looked up the definition online and believe the below (on occasions) fits me to a tee
a person who is stupid, obtuse, or ineffective in some way: a hopeless social retard.

Re: Broken bloody machine
chris i dont think snackmore was in anyway being offensive, its a phrase used to ridicule himself at his own expense, so offensive? no.

Re: Broken bloody machine
I do the same to myself as well. I'm more worried about the fact that I'm talking to myself than the fact I am ridiculing myself LMAO.

Undo backplate, take out coinbox, (I use the back of a small condiment spoon for the next part). Insert object through back of machine and connect with the spring loaded catch on the rear left hand side of the coin mech, with the object/spoon pull the lever down and secure it in the open position. You can now remove the coin mech.

I couldn't do this at first, but over time, my finger became more flexible and now I get right in. I have often tried to think of a tool, but would never have thought of a spoon.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: Broken bloody machine
one slight correction Pete - think catch is on right hand side - if you were looking through the back of the machine - Pedantic? Me? Never ! lol
