20p bulk

Got a 20 bulk, bought some 20p sticky mix and they seem to jam every 3 or 4, the egg shaped capsule gets stuck just after its popped thrtough the springs, they seem slightly bigger than previous capsules. Is there a simple fix for this.?

Hi Matt, need more info:
Which bulk machine, vending wheel (sweet or capsule), and which sticky (as some chinese capsules are slightly bigger)?
Bulk tend to have plenty space in the vending chute once the capsule is passed the spring brushousing. I think u're problem is in the vending wheel.

That I've never had! It can only be that u're using a 27mm wheel for a 26mmx32mm caps, beaver has different size vending wheels right up to 35mm diameter. Is it an old fuzzy brush wheel? As that was strictly 27mm.

You need to ajust the hole size in the wheel capule housing. also best if the holes are lined up straight when you put the machine back together after filling. There is a lid missing on one of your machines in west brom call me if you need a spare
