How many products do you put in your towers?

Post by JustCraig »

I am aware there are 9 columns to fill but do you guys put 9 varieties in or do you double up?

I am thinking 5 variates per machine but doubling up on what I think will sell well and then eventually doubling up on what does sell well. Is this a good idea?

I start with 9 then when I go back I double up on what has sold well. Not always an exact science as you may sell lots of one product and on the next visit hardly any!

When I started I doubled up, then I tried 9 varieties. 9 varieties excel the other, I only double up on items that are a cert to sell out. Don't stock rubbish, every site is different so it takes time to work out what to put in.
