Got a chinese tower that is nearly new (I think) and have had 2 jams with it, basically the pot drops in the drum but then (I am guessing the next bit) the bar that goes to the handle pops out? causing the pot to remain in the drum in the upright position, of course the mech continues to turn but then the machine has jammed.
Is it the drum or the bar that connects to the handle at fault?
I have been on site twice and unjammed it and turned the drum by hand and then reconnected the mech and it works but guess what I get another phonecall later to say its jammed again........................................
I have now swapped it for a brand new tower.
Any ideas whats wrong and how to fix?
Thanks guys

Re: Problem tower
steve ive replaced drum without drilling rivets, base needs stripping fully, before you do that check the spring load locking latch that you release to take mech out is screwed in fully. Also have you tried a different mech?
