Extra Commission For Two Machines as Standard?

Post by JustCraig »

Spasificly Pringles and sweet towers - I have read on the forums that some offer 25 % (as opposed to 20%) as an insentive for having both a pringles and sweet tower on the same site.

Is this something that is offered as standard or do you just offer this to certern sites?

Is this per machine or just on the additional machine?

Hi Craig. Its def not standard mate. Dont give them 25%, I know it can be tempting when things are slow. You will only regret it in the future. Regards Al.

I do not pay more than 20% regardless.

I have been asked and refused and went to walk away, they had my towers anyway

I always offer extra 5% to get extra machines in especially toy machines.
profits good on toys anyway.

I think its worth offering as then you are pretty much doubling your profits on the same visit.

Okay guys thanks for the reply's - Personally I was only going to offer the standard 20% (I am all about squeezing the margins lol) but I am sure I have read on here that some offer 25% as standard for multiple machines - Maybe I mis-understood.

Toys are defo something I am keen to get into - I was thinking about getting a couple of the 3L machines to test the water with toy vending.

As a rule do pringles/Sweet Tubs tend cancel each other out? i.e. a tower that takes £60 a month will only take £30 once a pringles machine is installed? Or does this not really happen?

Also (final question I promise) Do you just put pringles in the pringles machines? or do you have a mixture of pringles and self packed Chedders/Chocolate fingers etc? - I am talking mainly pub sites...

Where I have both Pringles and sweets they tend to sell double what a single machine sells as a rule and I only stock pringles, I dont self pack but some do and say the sales are good

Do you put them in a standard pringles branded machine alongside pringles?

I am thinking this may be quite a good idea.

Yep put them in with Pringles, I try and have 4 lines Pringles and 3 lines self pack thus not using as many Pringles so they last longer till the next offer.
