Best coffee machine to buy?

So I've got a new site with 300 employees.. Looking to buy a coffee machine.

I bought a klix 900 for another site and I've had nothing but problems with it. I don't know if its just luck with that specific machine.

I'm debating to buy a klix machine as its so easy to stock and maintain and has such a range with soups etc. however stock is EXPENSIVE!

What kind of mark ups do people make from other machines? I've heard bean to cup is good? I'm new to coffee vendors so was wondering if anyone could help me out and maybe recommend a machine. Reliability is crucial as we are a small company and don't have an engineer etc.

Nick your in the same boat as me...small and no engineer. I have a couple of Necta Kikko machines and a stentorfield fusion in addition to klix. Not half as much choice but fairly cheap to stock and both easy to maintain. Mark up depends on how much you can charge at each site.

I too am new to hot drink vending and plumped for a Stentorfield Fusion, really got to know the machine before going on site and its performing really well. Its not bean to cup but instant and offers various coffees, soup, chocolate and tea. Vend price is cheap at 20p a cup but I am reliably told cost to me is around 8p so happy days

Depends on what type of site, if its a factory with hairy **** blokes then dont bother with bean to cup. Office then maybe yes. Stentorfields are most reliable machine with excellent telephone support even for second hand if you buy their spares I think.

30p per cup average price maybe bit less for 300 but not much.

We have a golf club goin in next month with £1 a vend on an outdoor driving range 50/50 split only when he goes over agreed levels. Paper cups and fancy bean to cup coffee (still only cost 15-20p) so could be a nice earner.

As Im sure yor aware though bean to cups require less maintenance & servcing times

Snack more, where did you get your Stentorfield Fusion and how much? Is stock etc widely available? They are wanting coffee at 20p and soup at 35p.

Bought on eBay, they come up on a regular basis, stock from any vending suppliers not cash and carry

35p for soup ? WTf ? All vending soup is ****.


Mariner machines ignore . Stopped being made few years ago and spares are getting harder. Lots of vending companies out there tarting them up and shifting them on though . Avoid mate!!
