Hello to all I have a site which needs a hot drinks machine which should do about 1200 Vends a month at 20p a vend what would you charge for the rental/service ?

Persoally nothing if you are buying a cheap machine and using plastic 7oz squat cups. There will be enough in it for you aversge cost approx 8p a cup

Paper ones are double the cost of the plastic ones I would guess you are up to 11p a cup with extra ingredients too. Matt will be able to tell you for sure

100 a month service charge is the norm. Equates to 30 paper cup which is what most are charging now.

That is what I was originally had in mind but thought it might have been a bit greedy! And that would be a 30p vend?
