Bit more low tech than that up here... bike and trailer
Luckily my round is about a 15 mile round trip, so it's not too bad to do as long as it isn't raining!

Bikes tend to work better with pedals on!
I will probably get a car once I have to site further afield, for now the bike and trailer are fine. I've been looking at getting a electric bike, apparently the new ones have a range of about 20 mile on one charge. That would just about do my round
