Tower Extensions

Post by tubzsnackz »

Hi, Has anyone extended the height of their towers (Pringles or sweets)?
I am thinking of adding a longer central bar and more plastic segments to make the towers more suitable for busy venues.
what i am looking for is someone who has tried and if there are any problems encountered by making the adjustment. I was thinking a 10 segment high Pringles or up to 14 high sweet tower. Thanks for your comments.
Regards,
Big Chris

Maybe this is why I am asking. it may need a heavier base for the stand. I am wondering if the weight of all the tubs would affect operation? I didnt know about the 12 high one either.

I think you are inviting problems. Clenport would be doing it if it worked. Potential of more jamming and unstable. I would put an extra machine in.

I do agree extra towers are better and had extra towers but the site thought it looked too much like an amusement arcade and asked for the towers removed but agreed to one of each larger as they want to make more money. I know the sales are better from 2 machines too and explained but that is not an option right now. Lucky the site is close by in case of jams. it doesn't seem too unstable with the tubz vending brands stands as they are a bit heavier. (10 pringles and 15 tubs high). I did stick a lable on saying kids must be supervised though. will see what happens!
