I'm looking for a vending engineer to fix a fault with one of my hot drinks machines (the tall type). I suspect it to be an electronic fault although I'm not totally sure. The machine is currently out of service, it can't be used.
I'm in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, the machine is there too. Central England so hopefully there are plenty of folks out there that might be able to help.
If you can't do it yourself could you recommend someone that perhaps you use yourself ?
Thanks, Lee

Re: Vending Engineer needed.
It's a stentorfield, I can't find an exact model number but I have some newer stentorfields with the fresh brew tea option. This older machine only serves instant tea along with coffee, chocolate and soup.
I replaced the motor that moves the dispenser head forward and backward but when re-connecting the wires from the motor to the rest of the machine I must've wired it up wrong because the PCB went boom when I put the power back on.
My boss then sent the PCB to vendpart for repair because they didn't have a replacement in stock, he fitted the repaired PCB but said that he still couldn't get it working.
So right now we're stuck, I don't want to go any further with it because I might blow another PCB, there are 4 electrical connections to be made and I don't know which one goes where.
Maybe something else was damaged at the same time as the PCB but I wouldn't even know where to look.
The local engineer that we normally use has become unreliable and he's a local competitor so is reluctant to help although he won't say that, he's been messing me around recently.
Wilkes group want £80 call out and then £80 per hour which is stupid money and completely un-economical. We've been warned away from GEM vending.
Thanks for the reply.
