If you could only stock one product.......

Post by newmark »

Hi guys,

If you could only stock one product (ie; all columns are the same thing), what product would you stock? Appreciate this is more tricky that if first seems as the most popular product might not be the most profitable?

Or, if you could only stock 2 products, what would they be?

Cheers, Mark.

I would self pot fresh Leicestershire air. Would be willing to pay a higher rate of commission too :50:

Thanks guys, it is early days for me so I'm not sure what is selling and what isnt in my machines, but I will report back with my own findings when I have some info. I would have guessed mini eggs, but was surprised about the others - I'll have to give them a go at some point in the future!

I like the idea of fresh Leicster air too, and excellent profit margin I would imagine :)

Cheers, Mark.

Every site is different Mark. I went to an MOT garage today, I visit every 2 months and they always have 24 pots of rolos across 4 rows. The other 5 hardly get touched. I have another that goes through 3 rows of M&Ms a month and another that does 3 rows of Maestros. Its trial and error!!!

Thanks Andy, I've got about 12 lines now, so will try replacing slow/no sellers with different products and see what works in each.

I'm working on putting my product labels on card inside the machine making them easier to change than oversticking stickers - when this is done, it will make changing over labels really easy too :)

Cheers, Mark
