Crane Evolution Problems
Crane Evolution
Has anybody had clogging issues with the crane evolution?
Mostly cappuccino topping and chocolate.
The last person set up machine all wrong and struggling to get back to default.
I've adjusted the ingredient levels to the lowest they can go and the water to as high as possible (with no delay from vend). As its 7oz cups I can't extend the water time as it will overflow.

Hi Matt,
When in engineer mode if you go into product configuration and timing you can alter the length of time the ingredient is dispensed, the length the whipper runs for etc.
It's an all instant evolution. Definitely not a fusion as I got the evolution to replace a tired fusion.
It's clogging up in the mixing bowls after a few drinks. Seems to leave a tiny bit of ingredient behind after each dispense.

Re: Crane Evolution Problems
Hi,
Just a quick update... The person that had it before me decided to open the valves full and reduce the timings. This meant all the water was dispensed in around 2 seconds but the ingredients ran just longer than that. I closed all the valves over and increased the dispense time of water. This meant instead of a quick flash flood of water it would let the water out slower and longer giving it time to completely clean the bowl. Relatively straight forward but took a while to get there in the end. If I ever get my hands on the last person to have that machine!!!

Re: Crane Evolution Problems
Second update..
Well that didn't work. Still blocking. Anyone have any further ideas?
I'm using Vendcharm and Kenco. Same ingredients in other machines and they work fine.
We reconfigured the machine to accolade i.e. Nescafe default so swapped cappuccino topping with hot Choc. Still same problem only it's the chocolate now. Always the far right mixing bowl no matter the ingredient used.
Mat you mentioned the length of the tubes but it's shot as it can be.
My thoughts it may be a software issue where it's dropping some ingredient in the bowl when not in use?
On the verge of losing this site due to the problems so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Matt,
Yes I can hear it running. It also runs longer than the dispense so it's not the timing either.

Do a motor check with the cup off to make 100% sure its running, then only thing I could suggest is doing a factory reset. what/whos ingredient are you using
