I have a coolcentre mk2
Ive filled the machine both via the open/close every door option (intelligent load) and the orange button inside the door (manual load).
BUT if I select a product the machine says "this product is empty".
Any ideas please guys?

The shoppertron I could of helped, never worked on coolcentre its not a westomatic is it?
