N&W rondo

Hi all i have a rondo vending machine on site that I cannot open. The lock barrel turns to the open position but the tray will not open. I have tried tilting the machine and jigging it. I was advised to knock the coin return out then use a screw driver to push bar up however it cannot be reached from hole. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks jon

HI sorry for my bad English first if you willing to drill the Lock you can open it through there with a big size flat screwdriver and then to change with new lock i am buying used N&W machines to refurbish some time Use it or sale it and lots of snack machines are coming to me lock and that is how i am opened if you want can call me but i am based in Bulgaria +359882474498 and from 8 till 13 march will be in USA hope that will help you
