Hi
Anyone used a site finding service for full sized snack machines?
If so, what did you think?
I’ve got a few to site, and I’m struggling against the big vending firm in town.
Thanks
James

TBH I think you will struggle to find a site finder as they take so long to find a single site. Most of the decent sites will be contracted.

I don't know if you do contracts or not but if you don't then that's a big advantage you have over the big companies who will always tie up their customers with contracts and often rental charges and repair charges. I know a company that even charges for filter paper and coin mech updates at £170 per update. At least find out when the contract is up so you can make them an offer further down the line when they might be able to leave the big company.
Best way is if you know someone that works at the place you're interested in, cold calling is difficult as you'll come up against a few gatekeepers to the person you actually need to speak to. If you know someone there already it's an easier way in, just write up a nice email or phone call if you prefer and tell them why you're so much better than the big boys.
Ask existing customers if they know or have contact with other local companies. I gained 3 good sites that way a few years ago, stay on good terms with managers at all the sites you have already they might be able to help you out one day.

Hi Lee.
Thank you for the suggestions :)
70% of my sites have been from word of mouth.
No, no contracts with me for refurb machines, there’s way too much competition in MK to even suggest it sadly.

Hi, are any of you bigger players interested in an opportunity to make a monthly recurring commission from your existing client base for a one off sales pitch?.
Its an easy query to people you are already interacting with and if you convert its money month on month.
PM me if you are interested.
Cheers
