Stentorfield Riocca half cups

This Riocca again...

Sometimes only dispenses half measures in 8oz cups. All the settings are OK and when I tested most cups are full to the top but the occasional one only half fills.

Could this be a board problem ? I can't think what else it could be.

Customers tell me it's coffee and tea but I've only seen it myself on the coffee options.

Do a factory reset, software prob corrupt

don't forget mocha only does half a cup normally

Do you mean Espresso do half cups ? Mocha has always filled a cup in my machines.

That's the one lol

Go into settings back up/restore or reset Then select your mesh protocol. Switch off auto clean.disable drinks not needed and reprice
