Which sugar for vending machines

Post by pandaanda »

I have just sited my first coffee machine, a Darenth refresh 700 and was wondering what the best kind of sugar to use , does it have to be vending sugar ? Or will any old sugar do ?
Thanks
Pete

You need vending really as it is less prone to bind together

Find a vending supplier, shake the container each time you fill it too. Gaps of air will appear and customers will get ****** off when there's no sugar in their coffee.
