I run another business besides vending. So I'm thinking of approaching busy sites and offering my services to the value of £250 for free in return for the siting of a toy and sweets machine for a year.
My thinking is that the commission that I would of paid will equal or exceed the £250 over the course of the year.
Any thoughts on this approach?

If it gets you in and you are confident they will be good sites then its worth doing but what would you do in year two? Would you be better off just to use your relationship to get in and pay commission from day 1?

What happens if they use your services and then say get your machine out, you would need some sort of contact.

What kind of 'services' do you offer exactly? You must be pretty good at 'servicing' to charge £250. Do you offer a personal one-on -one private kind of 'service'?
